1. How do I qualify for the fan event?

Spend a minimum of RM500 in a single receipt at any Fossil Malaysia retail store or selected authorised dealer from 9–21 June 2026. Store associates will submit your entry via the designated Google Form in-store.

2. What will all event winners receive?

All 25 invited guests will receive:

• One 1:1 Photo Session
• One Photocard Signed By L
• One Watch Tin Signed By L
• One Mystery Gift

3. How many winners will be selected?

A total of 25 winners will be selected via random draw.

4. How are winners selected?

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the campaign period. Please note the following requirements:

• All entries must be submitted through the designated Google Form by a store associate.
• You must keep your original receipt as proof of purchase.

5. Does spending more increase my chances of winning?

No. Winners are selected through a random draw.

6. Can I submit multiple receipts?

No. Each participant is limited to one entry only.

7. Can I submit the same receipt more than once?

No. Duplicate submissions are not allowed.

8. Can I combine multiple receipts to meet RM500?

No. The RM500 spend requirement must be met in a single receipt.

9. Can online purchases qualify?

Only purchases made at Fossil Malaysia retail stores and participating authorised dealers are eligible. Online purchases are not eligible unless otherwise stated.

11. When is the campaign period?

The campaign runs from 9 June 2026 to 21 June 2026.

12. When will winners be notified?

Selected winners will be contacted via email on 23 June 2026.

13. Which email address will contact winners?

Official winner notifications will only be sent from: fossilmalaysiamarketing@fossil.com

14. What if I don't receive an email?

Please check your spam, junk, and promotions folders. Only selected winners will be contacted.

15. Can I transfer my invitation to someone else?

No. Invitations are strictly non-transferable.

16. Can I bring a guest?

No. Only the registered winner may attend unless otherwise stated by the organiser.

17. When and where is the event?

18. Will I be able to take photos during the event?

Event photography and recording guidelines will be shared with winners prior to the event.

19. Can I ask L to sign my personal items?

No. Personal autograph requests will not be accommodated during the event.

20. Can I give gifts to L?

No. Gifts from attendees will not be accepted during the event. We appreciate your understanding and support.

21. What happens if I return or exchange my purchase?

Returned or refunded purchases may result in disqualification from the campaign.

22. Is the mystery gift the same for all winners?

The mystery gift will only be revealed during the event.

23. What documents do I need to show for verification on the event day?

Winners must present their original winner notification email, the original physical purchase receipt, and a valid ID (IC or Passport) matching the registered name for verification at the event registration desk.

24. What happens if I arrive late to the event?

Latecomers will strictly not be permitted to enter the event venue. We strongly advise all winners to arrive early or on time for registration to avoid any disappointment.

25. What if a selected winner does not respond to the email?

Selected winners must RSVP within 48 hours of receiving the notification email. Failure to do so will result in the prize being forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected via random draw.
